A Tdap vaccine is the best way to protect children; adults need to be revaccinated, even if they were vaccinated as children. "Tdap protects against teeniest, dip theory, and most importantly pertemps which is whooping cough. Why is that so important? We have an outbreak going on. Currently there are ninety causes reported in the state of Idaho how does that compare to last year same time fifty” said Lisa Klamm, Public Health Nurse, SCPHD.
