Cassia County Jury Finds Former Oakley Teacher Not Guilty of Sex Abuse
Cassia County, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Jurors have reached a verdict in the case of a former Oakley High School teacher accused of sexually abusing a student.
The jury found Alvin Andrew,62, not guilty of two counts of lewd conduct with a child under 16 and one count of sex abuse with a child under 16. Officials said, Andrew had sexual contact with a 14–year-old female student at Oakley High School in 2007. Comments ( |
