First Anniversary Of The McKain-Kinney Remembrance Rose Garden
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Roses are in full bloom at St. Luke’s Magic Valley.
A celebration of the first anniversary of the McKain-Kinney Remembrance Rose Garden took place today.
The hospitals auxiliary foundation donated 20-Thousand dollars to the garden.
"Patients and family members are viewing the garden on a daily basis and with the cancer center right behind us; patients who are going through chemotherapy can look out on this rose garden and gives them a peaceful environment for them to receive their treatments" said Larry Baxter Executive Director, St. Luke’s Magic Valley Health Foundation.
The garden has been in place for more than one year and open to the public you can visit the garden east of St. Luke’s Mountain States Tumor Institute.
