Twin Falls, Idaho (KVMT-TV) The sun is sizzling and school is out which means summer jobs are in full gear.

A Jamba Juice shift leader loves to whip up delicious smoothies.

"It's actually fun when we get a rush, it's when we are really busy. Because we all work really well together so it's just like clockwork and our shifts just fly by were just having so much fun” said Lauren Drummond, Shift Leader, Jamba Juice.

It’s all about serving up drinks and cruising the golf course for one blue lakes country club server.

"I pretty much drive around all day making drinks and giving people candy bars and cookies. Just whatever they want. They're pretty happy to see me” said, Allison Federico Server Blue Lakes Country Club.

Watching the water and having fun with the kids is what a YMCA lifeguard loves about her job.

"I most defiantly have a fun summer job. I get to work outside all day; I get to have a great tan. I get to work with a lot of high energy people, so I love my job here” said Abby Biedenbach, YMCA Lifeguard.

High school student Aubrey Allen's favorite part about working at Snoasis is about having fun.

"I love my job, I probably eat to many snow cones than I should and I get sick off of sugar. But it's really fun and easy” said Aubrey Allen, Snow Cone Maker, Snoasis.

While there are many types of summer jobs, it's having a blast at work and beating the heat is what these employees are all about.
