Man Sentenced 15 Years In Prison
Rupert, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Inside a Minidoka County courtroom, a man was sentenced with multiple crimes in relation to a November drug bust.
23-year old Devin Christopher Lutz will serve 15 years in prison, 6 determinate and 9 indeterminate. A $10,000 fine and a three year license suspension. Lutz was a prime suspect in a multiple agency drug sting. When police made a move on him, he led officers on a high speed chase through Heyburn and Rupert. Comments ( |
