Andrew Reed is a General Assignment Reporter.

Before joining KMVT, Andrew interned at 102.7 KIISFM Los Angeles #1 hit music station. Then, he interned on the entertainment show Extra with Mario Lopez. And, finally, Andrew interned at ABC News Good Morning America out of the Washington D.C. News Bureau. Andrew then moved to The Orange County Register covering local stories throughout Orange County, CA.

Andrew always knew he wanted to be a television reporter because he likes to tell other people’s stories and let others know what’s going on in the community.

Andrew grew up in Southern California, and become interested in television news, while attending Ayala High School doing the morning announcements. He graduated from California State University of Fullerton with a degree in communications.

Andrew is excited to be a part of the community. Andrew is the oldest of three children. His family lives in California.

When Andrew’s not working, he likes to travel and explore his new home. He also likes to read and cook..
