Benito Baeza has lived in the Magic Valley for three years now and has enjoyed all the community has to offer. From kayaking the Snake River, fishing in the Hagerman Valley, hiking and biking up in the Southhills, climbing the City of Rocks, snow Boarding the Albion Mountains. Most of all he has enjoyed covering stories in the Magic Valley, from the mountain lion that walked through the middle of Rupert to all the great car shows put on by wonderful people.
Benito came to the Gem state from New Mexico where he grew up and started his career in broadcasting at a number of radio stations and then moved on to TV. He graduated from Eastern New Mexico University with a BS in Communications.
Benito spends all his time doing all of the above with his short dog Mowglee.
