Aimee Burnett joins KMVT News as a Reporter/Weather Forecaster. Before joining KMVT, Aimee worked as a producer for News Channel 25 in Waco, Texas for a year.
Aimee graduated from the University of Oregon in 2010 with a BS in Electronic Media and a minor in Communication Studies. During her senior year she interned at KVAL in Eugene, Oregon as an anchor, reporter and producer. She also has a BA in Kinesiology from the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Aimee is one of three children. She spent much of her life traveling around the world with her family during her father’s Navy career. She loves the outdoors, watching the Ducks play football and spending time with her husband and daughter.
