Event Description

The Mustard Tree Wellness Clinic, in conjunction with CSI LPN Nursing Students, & Dr Cole Johnson and Dr Lisa Burgett are sponsoring Free Flu Vaccines. This is the fourth year flu vaccines are porvided completelyl free of charge - as long as 500 vaccines last. Last year there were vaccines remaining, so please come in for a free flu vaccine. October 19th from 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm and Otboer 20th from 9:00 am to 12 noon
