"Basques in the West" February 7 & 8 - Who are the Basques and why did they immigrate to the Western United States? How and why did they retain many parts of their ancient culture? "Basques in the West", a documentary by Rupert native and filmmaker Brent Barras and Amaya Oxarango-Ingram, will show February 7 & 8 at the Twin Falls Center for the Arts, 195 River Vista Plaza.
