The DYW program is a non-profit corporation that conducts an annual, nationwide scholarship program for young women between their junior and senior year of high school. The presentation of scholarships and awards to participants focuses attention on the achievement of youth, encourages excellence and kindles a sense of dedication to the future. Local winners advance to state competitions which determine the entry into the national competition.
