Event Description

The 226th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution will be commemorated at 1 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 17 in Shields 117 at the College of Southern Idaho.

CSI Interim President Curtis Eaton will offer the annual Constitution Day presentation, “Acts of Injustice:The Constitution in Times of Crisis,” examining how the Constitution has functioned in periods of national turmoil. Discussion with questions and answers will follow Presidents Eaton’s comments.

The event is organized by the CSI Social Sciences department. Admission is free of charge and students and the general public are welcome and encouraged to attend.
