Join Chef Steven Topple of McCall's Shore Lodge for a unique culinary experience as he brings the classroom into the kitchen Oktoberfest style. He will offer a cooking demonstration on preparing a three-course Bavarian Meal, complete with fondue and homemade bread sticks, followed by pretzel-crusted pork tenderloin with wilted spinach and mustard sauce. Finally, compliment the salty flavors with a sweet desert of apple strudel and vanilla ice cream.Return to event list.
After the hands-on cooking class, guests will gather around with friends to feast on the well-earned meal. In honor of Oktoberfest, the first course will be served with a light IPA, followed by wine pairings for the second course.
The cooking class is Oct. 12 and begins at 5 p.m. followed by dining around 7 p.m. Tickets are $125 per person. Reservations are required and highly recommended. To make a reservation, call Shore Lodge at 208-634-2244.
