Location: CSI welding lab in the Desert building
The College of Southern Idaho Welding Program will hold its annual auction at noon Saturday, Dec. 14 in the CSI welding lab in the Desert building. Students in the morning and afternoon welding classes have made a large variety of functional and decorative items that will be sold.Return to event list.
Doors will open at 10:30 a.m. for people to be able to browse through the items up for bid and to see the welding lab. Staff and students will be available for questions about the event and about the program.
Items for sale include: free-standing and wall-mounted flowers and other artworks, fire pit, Eiffel tower model, a floral cross, truck bike rack, wall tent heater, a variety of tables, smoker, coat racks, clocks, yard swing, and more. Proceeds from the sale will help purchase equipment for the program as well as assisting in travel expenses when welding students compete in state or national competitions. Money will also be used for welding scholarships.
