Home Food Preservation Workshop will take place on February 24, 25, 26 from 6:00 to 8:30 p.m. Canning Lab will be on Saturday, March 1,Return to event list.
from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. All classes will be held in the Twin Falls County Extension office. Cost is $40.00 which includes notebooks, publications and lab supplies.

This class will cover the food safety aspects of home food preservation, water bath canning, pressure canning,freezing and drying of foods. Presenters are: Rhea Lanting, Grace Wittman and Donna Gillespie.
