CSI's Early Childhood Education Program Class For Parents And Children

Event Description

Students and instructors in the College of Southern Idaho’s Early Childhood Education program will hold 45-minute classes for parents and youngsters ages 1 – 5 on Saturday, Feb. 22 at the CSI Recreation Center.

The classes will teach parents the connection between brain development and movement, demonstrating effective and beneficial movement activities parents can do with their children at home. The session for one- and two-year olds will be at 1 p.m. Two- and three-year olds will be at 2 p.m. and three-to-five-year olds will be at 3 p.m. The cost for each workshop is $10 per child. All proceeds support the CSI Early Childhood Education Student Club.
