Liberty Tax Service in Burley is hosting a Cellphones for Soldiers drive. The goal of this drive is to collect as many used cellphones as possible to be sent to Cellphones for Soldiers. Each cell phone donated will buy a calling card with up to 100 minutes for a soldier to use to call home. Different branches of the military will be attending and there will be games and activities as well as refreshments.
Liberty Tax Services in Burley will also be providing free tax services to all military personel and veterans from Monday March 22 to Saturday March 27 in honor of Military and Veteran Appreciation Week. Bring a used cellphone if you can or just come by and show your support in letting our soldiers know that they have not been forgotten and that we still care about them.
