Event Description

This is Jerome’s 4th annual community freedom celebration held on July 4th, 2010 from 11 am to 5pm at the Jerome City Parks downtown. We begin the event with a Patriotic Kick-off including Jerome’s Fire Department Color Guard, a community choir singing the Star Spangled Banner and other patriotic selection, and guest speakers will share some history on our local and national heritage. Immediate following, food vendors and various booths will open for the day’s activities.

Live Entertainment is scheduled all day including music, dance, drama, pie & watermelon eating contests & much more. The event also includes a wide range of activities from a water park, basketball tournaments, water gun wars, obstacle course, dunk tank, soccer games, bounce houses & other various fun activities to participate in.
