BURLEY, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - The owner of the building that caught fire overnight on Jan. 29 plans to tear down the buildings near Overland Avenue and Main Street.

Brek Pilling, owner of the buildings along with the Kassiani Restaurant where the pipe bomb was found, said he plans to tear down the building where the fire happened within the week.

Pilling said he's been in contact with authorities and hopes to find the suspects.

The two structures will be torn down and Pilling said he's getting bids for the situation.

He said the building is currently not safe but will be "in a couple of days."

His new restaurant right across the street has not been opened yet as the incidents have caused delays for a few weeks.

The Cassia County Sheriff's Office have not released anymore information as the investigation is ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.

The Idaho State Fire Marshal is offering a $5,000 reward to help find who could be responsible for the fire that is ruled arson.
