KETCHUM, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) - If you are interested in learning how to make a positive difference in your community you might be interested in an upcoming event.

The Idaho Conservation League is hosting a "Get Involved 101" presentation.

Several community leaders are gathering to answer questions and provide direct steps you can take to make a difference.

"We're encouraging people from all over the Wood River Valley to come to this. It's so important that we stand up for what we want to see happening locally and in the state and nationally. It's a good opportunity to learn how you can get involved," said Betsy Mizell, Central Idaho Community Engagement Associate for Idaho Conservation League.

The event is taking place at the Limelight Hotel Ketchum on January 19th at 6pm.
