TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) People with a limited income can still get fresh local produce at the farmers market.

A few years ago, the farmers market started accepting food stamp credit.

You swipe your card at the information booth and get coins you can use to purchase food from any of the vendors.

KMVT spoke to the director of the market, and she said she likes how this promotes healthy eating no matter your income level.
