TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) The evacuations have now been lifted.

Fire crews are still on scene fighting the parts that are no longer impacting campgrounds.

Updated from original:

Twin Falls County Sheriff's Office is reporting a large fire in Rock Creek Canyon that is forcing evacuations.

Campers between Third Fork and Foothills Road are under mandatory evacuation orders, according to a news release.

BLM, Forest Service, Rock Creek Fire, and Twin Falls Sheriff's Deputies are on scene now.

A previous version of this story stated that residents were under evacuation, but law enforcement clarified the area is mostly for campers, and that is who is being affected at this time.
