TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) Everyone appears to be fine after a car hit a pedestrian on Blue Lakes Blvd. North across from Jack in the Box on Wednesday.

Police said the pedestrian was crossing Blue Lakes in an unmarked crosswalk when a driver turning left off of Cheney Drive ran into him. The police said the pedestrian had the right of way.

He was taken to the hospital in an ambulance, but police say he was conscious and walking around when they arrived.

As of Wednesday afternoon the driver hadn't been cited, but police said the driver still could be.

The police said as the weather continues to warm you should be sure to look out for more pedestrians and bikers.
