St. Luke's hosts a free monthly class on the third Wednesday of every month from 5 to 6 p.m. to help with prediabetes.
“It's a great opportunity to ask questions just get a little overview of what diabetes and prediabetes are and give people a chance to started making some healthy changes,” said Elva McNurlin, registered dietitian.
The class will teach healthy living strategies for adults with prediabetes, insulin resistance, borderline diabetes or Type 2 diabetes.
The clinic is located at 746 North College Road Suite A in Twin Falls.
