Twin Falls chiropractor sentenced to four months on sexual exploitation counts

TWIN FALLS, Idaho (KMVT/KSVT) — A Twin Falls chiropractor was sentenced to four months in jail after pleading guilty to five counts of sexual exploitation by a medical care provider.

Robert Max Johnson, 54, will be placed on supervised probation for two years. He was fined $457.50 per each of the five counts. A psychosexual evaluation was also recommended by the court.

In November, Johnson plead guilty to five of nine misdemeanor charges.

Johnson was arrested in July. The first of the complaints were made from last December and March. Police investigated the claims that he had inappropriate contact with clients while giving them massages.

No contact orders against the victims were extended until Dec. 28, 2018.
