Boise State Football moves past OT loss to WSU

BOISE, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) The triple overtime loss to Washington State stung for Boise State fans. The Broncos relinquished a 21 point lead in the fourth quarter.

Brett Rypien left the game after taking some big hits and redshirt senior Montell Cozart came into the game and had some productive minutes.

He ended up going 12-for-20 for 161 yards and two touchdowns, plus rushing for 72 yards and a touchdown on 14 carries.

One of their targets, wide receiver Cedrick Wilson is coming off a nine catch, 147 yard performance to go along with two touchdowns. He recorded more than 100 yards last year against New Mexico.

Some negatives, both QB's were sacked two times, Cozart had an interception that was ran back and Rypien rushed for a loss of three yards.

Boise State head football coach Bryan Harsin said,"the one thing too Washington State's d-line was very good, Hercules (Hercules Mata'afa) was a very good player, one of the best we've seen this season. He's very quick, good with his hands and that was going to be challenge experience or not on the O-line. We had some pre-snap penalties early in the game. I have said it before those guys have improved, gotten better, we just need to start faster."
