CSI Men's Basketball breaks school records in rout; local roundup

CSI led 92-45 at half and set the all-time scoring record with a 199-118 win. The Golden Eagles shattered the previous scoring record of 160 points set Jan. 3, 2008 against the University of Montana Western.

Eagles set 3-point record with 20. That beat the previous record of 19 set against North Idaho College Dec. 11, 2004. The 87 rebounds the Golden Eagles pulled down Friday beat the previous record of 82 set against Treasure Valley CC Dec. 21, 2007.

Eleven CSI players scored in double-figures. Keegan Hansen posted a team-high 27.

The Golden Eagles, 8-1 overall, host Western Wyoming Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
