BOISE, Idaho ( KMVT / KSVT ) Former CSI and Twin Falls standout Casdon Jardine tweeted Thursday that he's leaving Boise State.
Jardine received his release and looks to pursue his basketball and academic career elsewhere.
The sophomore thanked Bronco Nation for what he called a year to remember and used the hashtag, "Only Love".
Jardine played in 18 games for the Broncos, averaging less than two points per contest.
During his one year at CSI, he averaged 11 points and six rebounds a game. He also earned NJCAA All-Academic honors after boasting a 4.0 GPA.
At Twin Falls, Jardine made the All-Idaho team and was named Great Basin Player of the Year before going to Brazil for a two-year mission.
