Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT- TV ) - A brand new home is being built in Twin Falls.

“We get the paint colors from the homeowners normally and give them to Fairbanks Painting. We do all the walls one color the trim another color,” said Lance LeBaron, Lance LeBaron Homes.

“We chose neutral colors this year again. We want to have it be able to go with anything,” said Kelly Fairbanks, Fairbanks Painting.

“From this point, things really pick up,” said LeBaron.
