Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) - A brand new home is being built in Twin Falls.

Idaho’s First News has teamed up with Lance LeBaron Homes to create a beautiful home.

“We’ll be installing the carpet, with a pad type system, we will be stretching it in so you’ll have comfort with a good pad. We are also supplying the tile for this house,” said Mark Beams, Beams Flooring America.

“In most houses and this house, we put carpet in your living room and it gives you a more comfortable feel in the master bedroom and closet and in most of the bedrooms. Tile will be in the bathrooms and laundry room. And, hardwood in the entry room, dining and kitchen areas,” said Lance LeBaron, Lance LeBaron Homes.

“Stainmasters helps with the stain resistant. The padding is also designed to be a moisture barrier pad so spills won’t be able to go through the pad. The different types of pads depends on what you like,” said Beams.

“Quality carpet is important. You will live with it every day. If you buy a new carpet, the higher the quality, the less you will see traffic throughout your house,” said LeBaron.
