Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) The Twin Falls Police Department wants your old prescription drugs.
On Saturday April 28th, the police department in conjunction with St. Luke's Safe Kids of the Magic Valley and Neuhoff Communications, will be accepting unused, unwanted and expired prescription medications. They will not accept medical waste, needles or illegal drugs for disposal. You can drop the drugs off at our station. We are located at 1100 Blue Lakes Blvd. North.

The last two drug take back days brought in 700 pounds of medication. Also on April 28th from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. the Cassia County Sheriff will have a similar program.  Anyone can bring their medications for disposal to Smiths Food and Drug at 937 East Main Street in Burley.
