TWIN FALLS, IDAHO (KMVT-TV) Kicking off Madi Gras Rise and Shine had a cajun food cook-off. Chef Irving Karas, Chef Suzy Harper, and Danielle Kosir competed for the best cajun dish.

Tonight Tuesday February 21st at 6pm, The Southern Idaho Parrot Head Club will host Fat Tuesday Empy Bowls Dinner Fundraiser.Tickets are $20 per person, proceeds will benefit Twin Falls Senior Citizen Center and the Twin Falls Salvation Army Food.
