Practicing the Art of Cookery Culinary Course
Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Michael Dougherty stops by to discus CSI's Practicing the Art of Cookery - A "Hands-On" Culinary Course.
The first of four classes, cooking fresh seasonal vegetables, will be held Tuesday, February 26th from 7 to 9 p.m. at the College of Southern Idaho.
Classes will also be held on March 5th, 12th, and 19th. The subject of those classes will be cookies and cakes, pasta, and beef, poultry and pork.
Individual classes cost $60 plus a $20 supply fee, or you can take all four classes at a discounted rate of $215 with a $65 supply fee.
