Make Chimichurri - Elevation 486 style

Chimichurri Ingredients:

6 cloves  minced garlic
2 tbsp.     chalet
1/4 tsp.    black pepper
1 tsp.        kosher salt
2               jalapeno peppers
1/4 tsp.    chili powder
2 tbsp.     white wine vinegar
1/2 cup    chopped cilantro
2 tbsp.     oregano
1 cup        parsley
3/4 cup    olive oil


Add all ingredients into a mixing bowl. Whisk for several minutes. Let sit for desired amount of time. Serve on top of steak.
