By KMVT News

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT-TV) Jane Deal comes on and makes 'A meal to die for' using all local products.

Here are the recipes for all of today's food.

The Ultimate Potato

2 Wada Farms Russet potatoes
2 Tbs CloverLeaf Creamery butter
4 slices Falls Brand cooked bacon, chopped
1/2 cup Ballard cheddar cheese, grated
1/3 cup Darigold sour cream
2 Tbs Purple Sage fresh chives, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
paprika for garnish

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Wash potatoes and place in oven directly on the rack.
Cook potatoes for approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes, or until tender when pierced
with a fork. Allow potatoes to cool for 10 minutes. Hold potato with a kitchen towel on
cutting board, and carefully slice in half. Scoop the insides of potatoes into a mixing
bowl and immediately add the butter, bacon, and cheddar cheese. Set potato skins
aside. Combine ingredients in bowl by using a fork or potato masher. Mash until
smooth. Stir in the sour cream and fresh chives. Add salt and pepper to taste. Spoon
the potato mixture back into the skins and place on a baking sheet. Sprinkle tops of
stuffed potatoes with paprika. Place baking sheet back into oven and turn heat down to
350 degrees. Bake potatoes for 30-40 minutes, or until tops have browned and potatoes
are heated through. Serve immediately. Makes four servings.

A Sublime Steak

4 M & N Cattle American Style Kobe Beef Steaks
salt and pepper

Recommended Cooking Method: Pat dry both sides of steaks with a paper towel. Heat
up a grill or pan on a stove to high heat. Season one side of steaks with salt and pepper
and place seasoned sides on grill. Cook for two minutes then turn steaks over. Pat
undone sides again with a paper towel. Season these sides with salt and pepper and
grill for another two minutes. Take steaks off of grill or out of pan and place on a serving
platter. Allow steaks to rest for five minutes before serving.
