To lose weight it takes both diet and exercise

It happens all too often. You work out, burn a few calories, but you go home and eat all the wrong foods or binge because you already exercised.

But trainers say diet and exercise go hand in hand. And for Twin Falls resident Randy Neerdales, he should know. He lost 56 pounds in 3 months to win the 12-week challenge held at Gold's Gym.

Winners were determined by their overall change and judges consisted of a random panel of people not affiliated with Gold's Gym.
