Twin Falls, Idaho ( KMVT-TV / KTWT-TV ) Derek Molesworth and Dustin Meyer from YMCA stop by to talk about their 10 week camp.

The YMCA is holding a 10 week camp for power lifting, strength, and conditioning.

The camp is being held at the Lighthouse Christian School gymnasium on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 6-7:30pm.
