16 Yr Old Jerome Teen Being Charged With Attempted Murder

A sixteen-year-old in Jerome is being charged with attempted murder for allegedly shooting a man in the face.

Law enforcement officials say that David James Markus shot Diego Aguilar, grazing his face with a bullet, early this past Sunday morning in what police say could have been a gang-related crime.

Police have also charged 18-year-old Joshua Adam Nunes and 24-year-old Anthony C. Nunes with aggravated battery.

Markus also faces one charge of aggravated battery and police say he is being charged as an adult.
