A plane has crashed around 10 am this (Wednesday) morning near Downtown Burley. Reports say the small plane crashed shortly after takeoff from the Burley airport and may have lost power. The plane crashed near the area of 8th street east and Albion which is roughly 3 blocks north of the Main Downtown intersection at Main and Overland. There are unconfirmed reports that several people were injured.
