Albertsons unloads for "Dump Hunger" food drive.

Albertsons has donated a sizeable amount of non–perishable food to the 'Dump Hunger' campaign. Albertsons donated over 9,000 pounds of food to fill the dump truck, benefiting South Central Community Action Partnership.

Western States Equipment and Albertsons partnered for the food drive in January; this post–holiday food drive is a six week campaign, occurring in Montana, Idaho, Wyoming, Oregon and Washington.

In addition to customer food donations, Albertsons gave $25,000 in food items to participating food bank partners.
