Evidentiary held in Watts appeal

Monday afternoon, a lengthy evidentiary hearing was held in the case of Cameron Watts verses the State Of Idaho. In 2008 Watts plead guilty to 1st degree murder in the death of Dale Miller, who’s body was found in a barrel in Twin Falls.
