13 years ago, Rotary clubs in Twin Falls began an event known as Jazz in the Canyon.

Three years ago, the Twin Falls Area Chamber of Commerce began organizing the event and renamed it the Snake River Canyon Jam- which has mushroomed into a series of events that begin Wednesday, June 16th.

The Saturday June 19th concert will be held at Centennial Park beginning at 12 noon.

Twin Falls Area Chamber President, CEO, Shawn Barigar said,
“And really what we need now are folks to come in and get their tickets and plan to attend this event. It's 15 dollars to attend this day, there are six bands playing on Saturday. You can't beat that price.”

Barigar says tickets for the nine-hour Centennial Park concert will go up to 20 dollars if you wait to buy them on the day of the show.
