Twin Falls, Idaho - There is a new purpose for the old Rite Aid building; Mountain West Real Estate Development is promoting new subdivided retail space for the building.

It’s chopped up into about 8 spaces that can accommodate a variety of businesses. Each space is a different size; the company is now pre-leasing sites.

According to Mountain West the parking lot has more than 400 parking spaces.

Meanwhile, a new physical therapy clinic will be replacing a house on the corner of Falls Avenue and Locust Street in Twin Falls.

Physical therapist Brian Wright sold his house on the corner, which is being moved to the Castleford, Buhl area; Wright is then going to build a new physical therapy clinic in its place.

The general contractor says, it takes quite a bit of effort to put the house on wheels; and it costs about $20,000 to transport the house.

The new physical therapy clinic is expected to take six months to build.
