Air Show Committee Asks for Loan

Twin Falls

Twin Falls (KMVT)-The Twin Falls Air Show committee is asking Twin Falls City for financial help.
The money would go to next years show featuring the Blue Angels.
The board is asking for $25,000.
It will act sort of like a loan and would be paid back after the show.
The Airport Advisory Board expects most funding to come from sponsorships, donations and sales.
The money would act as start up money.
The money could come out of the cities contingency fund, if approved.
Nearly $40,000 has been committed so far to the 2012 air show.
That’s about 25 percent of the funding needed.
