Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT)-A man charged with killing his brother was indicted by a grand jury this week. 32 year old Damon Azure was indicted on first degree murder charges. He also facing a misdemeanor resisting and obstructing officers. Azure was charged after he allegedly shot his brother Seanachan Azure. The incident happened near the entrance to the Twin Falls Park.
