Crime Prevalent Among Youth?

Jerome (KMVT) A recent study suggests crime is prevalent among young Americans. It says one in three people will be arrested for a crime before they turn 23. Chief Deputy Jack Johnson says the most offenses the sheriff's office handled in Jerome had to do with drivers license. He says they do encounter drugs, alcohol, and sex offenses, but not in large numbers.
