Four local teens to be honored for saving house from Auger Falls Fire
Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT) Four local teen agers who protected a home from the Auger Falls Fire last month will be recognized for their efforts tomorrow.
On July 22nd, Kelly Ann Buddecke was house-sitting for Jim and Deb Annest when she noticed the fire approaching the house. She called three of her friends who helped put out four small fires in the yard, and watered down the house and lawn until the fire department arrived. Twin Falls County Sheriff Tom Carter will present the four teens with Citizen Service Awards at one o'clock Friday afternoon, in the third floor conference room of the Twin Falls County Courthouse.
