National Guardsman Sentenced In Wal-Mart Bomb Threat

Twin Falls, Idaho (KMVT) A soldier with the Idaho National Guard is sentenced after a hoax bomb threat. Terry Plew Junior was charged with conspiracy to commit burglary. He and a group of others called in the fake threat in attempt to keep police busy while they planned to rob a sandwich shop. Plew served a tour in Iraq with Idaho’s 116th. He will have to serve community service and work detail. He got three years probation with an underlying sentence of five years unified with two years fixed.
