New Visitor Center in Ketchum

By Benito Baeza

Ketchum (KMVT)-Visitors to the Wood River Valley have a new center to get all their information.
The new visitor center just recently opened up in Ketchum.
The information center has a new twist in providing info.
The center features four iPads people can use. Along with several large TVs. the center uses old timbers that were killed by bark beetle on the inside and out. The building used to be an old bank. Its located right on the center square.
Being a former bank the vault is being used as a community conference room.
Several large photos of Ernest Hemmingway lines the walls. They’re on loan from the Sun Valley Company. Visitors can also get a cup of coffee at the coffee shop under the same roof.
