TF Man Accused Of Stabbing Someone Going To Prison

TWIN FALLS, ID (KMVT-TV) - A man charged for stabbing someone will now serve two sentences.

Wesley Jason Firpo entered an Alford plea on one charge of aggravated battery.

He got into altercations with another man and stabbed him with a knife.

Firpo will have to serve 2 years fixed with 8 years indeterminate for a total sentence of ten years.

It will run concurrent with a 2006 theft case in which he will have to serve a minimum of 3 years.
